Please be as descriptive as possible here. Appearance: Megan Jones has decently long, straight, brown hair. Her hair is also highlighted. She has very rounded facial features, an impression of friendliness. This is backed up by her ability to have a smile at most points throughout the day. She usually will wear her hair down; at times she ties it back. Jones has an athletic body, built for Quidditch. History: The Jones family has been of mixed blood for generations past. Megan Jones was born to a wizard father and a muggle mother. Her mother quickly adapted to magical life, and was always quite excited to learn about everything dealing with magic. They are a middleclass family living in a modest home. They saved up for two years in order to buy her newest broom for Quidditch. Personality: Megan is an oddball, to say the least. She is a brash, bold young lady, but not by any means smooth; a little tomboy. She isn't incredibly good at flirting, often clumsy in both speech and actions. She enjoys peoples' reactions to her own actions, and often will not hesitate to make a funny face or be the brunt of her own joke. Megan has a good sense of humor and will laugh at almost anything. Megan Jones is a poor student. That's why she is taking the 'easiest classes'. She lacks focus and the ability to study, covering up her low academic ability with jokes or distractions. Strengths and Weaknesses: Strengths- Megan is rather good at Quidditch, a beater not too far behind Mandy's skill. Megan is headstrong and therefore will not follow what she doesn't believe. Weaknesses- Academics. Megan will admit to not being as intelligent as other students. Habits\Quirks: Megan will often make weird faces. It's a trait she developed as a kid and just can't stop doing. She's a goofball. Friends and Enemies: Megan usually gets along with anyone who will have her. She really gets along with Ryann Askew. Her best friend is Wayne Hopkins. Likes\Dislikes: Megan enjoys Quiddicth, reading magazines, keeping up with her favorite singers and bands, including Celestina Warbeck and the Weird Sisters. She'll listen and contribute to gossip, but not if it's wicked or mean. She doesn't like school work, stuck up girls, or anything making anything complicated. Writing Examples: First Person Writing Example: If I were a color, I think I'd be orange. But the only problem there is I wouldn't rhyme with anything. But citrus is a great scent. I'd be lying if I said I didn't like to eat oranges. Or carrots. Based on the point that I enjoy eating orange foods, I think that could be my favorite color. Except yellow. Of course. Hufflepuff Pride. Oh yeah, so I'm not gonna go to mentioning the whole Blood Supremacist thing. But I just did. Hmm, no time to etch that out. Or this. I think I am wasting time by pointing that out...Okay, so back to Quidditch. My broom has a small crack in it. It's depressing. I let my broom sleep in bed with me this time because I felt bad. Don't play tag on brooms with rocks, guys, it's really not that intelligent. Hindsight is a bitch, let me tell you. I am listening to the Weird Sisters right now. Let me take a pause in writing to air drum....Okay, that was totally worth it. I swear, I am going to be in a band when I'm older. All I need is: 1. A drumset, 2. some more people, 3. Talent. This is Orange, signing off. Third Person Writing Example: It was midday. Lunch had just ended. The Hufflepuff common room was yet to be crowded by the masses of students that would soon swarm the area. However, one lone Hufflepuff had skipped lunch that day and was settled right in front of the hearth, a fire slowly starting. Her legs were indianstyle, her arms held up, eyes closed. Megan Jones was meditating, it seemed. "Ohhhhm. Ohhhhhhhm." Slow, steady noises emitted from Ms. Jones. Seconds later, a few Hufflepuff girls entered. They were young, first or second year students. Whispers and giggles marked the fact that they saw Megan, sitting there, meditating. They pointed over to her, strange looks falling upon the 5th year. They stood a moment longer, and watched Megan slowly moves her arm down by her side and picked up a beater's bat. No emotion struck her expression. The gaggle of girls felt their eyes widen and quickly made their ways to their rooms. Megan smiled, her eyes slowly openning. Now she was prepared for the game tonight. "Nothing like scaring some kids." She spoke aloud, others entering wondering who she actually spoke to. To one such observer, she remarked with a wink and a smile, "You know what I'm talkin about!"
